About the Center: Our Center opened in 2010 in order to create a safe haven for children on the autism spectrum to grow, develop and be nurtured within a therapeutic environment. The demand for quality, holistic special education services led to Safe Center opened its door to children with Autism. Safe Center is a place where dedicated professional staff works together, employing their unique expertise, to facilitate life skills and learning programs that meet each child’s individual needs and differences.

Teamwork is an integral part of our mandate here at Safe Center. This includes you – the parents, families, and caregivers of our students. Together we have a shared vision and responsibility of helping your child to reach his or her full potential and lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Mission: Our Mission is to inspire and empower students with developmental and learning disabilities (students of determination) by offering choices and opportunities to live, learn, work, and play. Our principle therapeutic and teaching service is supported by over 40 years of scientific research, and has shown to be the most effective treatment for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This methodology is Applied Behavior Analysis and it is at the core of Safe Center values and practices. Through Safe Center’s comprehensive family of services, such as Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Therapy, students are able to imagine and achieve their full capabilities.

Safe Center aims to be an optimally sized, well structured, and progressive special needs center. With effective resources and highly qualified staff we are dedicated to providing appropriate academic and therapeutic programs in a safe and nurturing environment.  Safe Center aims to equip students with relevant skills to attain the highest level of independence and achieve greater integration into society.
