Description
The Rising Sun is a small non-profit organisation that looks out for special needs
children and young adults in Fujairah. It was established in 2014 by Emiri Court
Decree No.5 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al
Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah, with his daughter Sheikha Sarra bint Hamad Al Sharqi
serving as Chairperson.
The Rising Sun is open from 08.00- 17.00 hrs every weekday and provides services to
children and young adults with special needs including but not limited to: Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Low IQ, Genetic Disorders such as Down Syndrome, and Academic learning difficulties
